Twice the Snow in One Week

It's been a crazy, awesome, cold and SNOWY week! And pronouncing that on the second week of October is certainly saying something.

Seeing two bouts of snowfall this week has everyone on the mountain dancing in their boots, going giddy with excitement and coming down with cases of snowfever. Yes, it was only about an inch of the white stuff, but compared to the last 5 snowless months that's a verified dumping.

Two rounds of snowfall, one on Monday and one Friday morning, seem to give credibility to the ever-growing pile of evidence that this winter will be a great one. As more and more chilly air rushes down from our friends up North (thanks, guys!), we hope to be bringing you more news of snow soon.

In the meantime, a very happy (white) Friday!

  1. I heard about this from a friend who was lucky enough to have been there. It almost made me regret not going along for the ride.
