Yoga Soundscape Visits Stratton

Ashley, a Yoga Soundscape veteran and marketing director of Wanderlust, shares this guest post.

Music has always been an element that can make or break an experience for me, especially when it comes to yoga. When I discovered Yoga Soundscape at one of New York City's best kept secrets, Kula Yoga, I could hardly believe that I'd found myself a part of such a magical experience.

Creator, yoga teacher and musical curator Aarona Pichinson has a true skill for combining sound and movement so I am thrilled to help bring this event to Stratton.

Join us from 6 to 8 pm on Friday or Saturday night (or both!) in The Living Room at the Inn at Stratton Mountain. We will be stretching and sweating to a live violin performance by the incredible Hannah Thiem, fresh off of her gig at the President's Inaugural Ball earlier this week.

Our Wanderlust Festival invades the mountain summer with a spirit that really can't be matched in a single class, but if I could give the winter crowd a taste of what we make happen every year... this is the absolute best match. For more information on this weekend's lineup head on over to Stratton.com.

Sneak a peak of Aarona's weekly Yoga Soundscape classes at Kula Yoga, similar to what she'll bring to Stratton.

And if you aren't familiar with Wanderlust, please take a leap of faith with me here and mark your calenders for June 20 - 23 at Stratton this summer. You wont be disappointed.

  1. We also enjoy these types of soothing soundtracks when we visit a chiro clinic nearby. There's nothing like good music to settle your mind and body.
