Snow Tubing in Vermont – The Coca-Cola Tube Park

January 12, 2021

The weightless downhill slide. The smooth zip over fresh corduroy. The mountain air blowing in your face. The scenic Green Mountain views. All from the comfort of your own inner tube. We are talking of course about the experience of snow tubing at the Coca-Cola Tube Park.

There’s more than one way to enjoy the frictionless glide on snow in Vermont. Snow tubing at Stratton is a family-friendly activity for all ages, that lets you get outside, day time or night, and enjoy the mountains.

Upon arrival to the Sun Bowl, make the short walk to the Coca-Cola Tube Park, check-in, grab a tube, laugh, relax, and let gravity take care of the rest. With little to no equipment required; you will want some warm clothing, gloves, and boots, tubing is an activity that has little to no requirements for gear or previous skillsets. The lanes guide riders down the mountain and tally up a high score in the fun column.

The ease of snow tubing makes it an activity that all ages can enjoy. The tube park is lift-serviced, making it comparable to sledding but without having to hike back up the hill. Riders will attach their tube to the towrope handle, and sit in the tube as it pulls them back up to the top of the park. From kids to adults, if you can laugh and smile, you can snow tube.

The Coca-Cola Tube Park is open five days a week this season. All reservations must be booked online in advance, and the cost is $30 per person. Bring the whole family, the lanes are calling.
