As you cruise up the access road, you will notice that shades of green are slowly transitioning to shades of yellows, reds and oranges – an early tell-tale sign that the winter season at Stratton is upon us. Though we look forward to admiring the beautiful, foliage-filled New England landscape, we can’t help but get excited about what’s to come. Ski and Snowboard Lessons
Each season we continue to offer top-of-the-line ski and snowboard lessons for all ages and skill levels. There are two types of lessons that we offer out of our Mountain Sports School: Group and Private. During a Group Lesson you will be learning with a handful of skiers or riders matched up based on skill levels. A more cost-efficient option that also allows you or your family members to meet new, like-minded folks on the mountain.
For a more intimate and specialized experience, we recommend going with a Private Lesson. You, and only you, will be paired up with one of our top instructors for a morning, afternoon, or full-day lesson where you will work on whatever it is you want to focus on that day. You will have your instructor’s undivided attention from start to finish allowing you to get the most out of your time on the slopes.
Ski and Snowboard Rentals
Looking to try before you buy? We got you covered with all of your snowboard and ski equipment rental needs. Renting gear allows you to get out on the mountain without breaking the bank, especially if you’re new to the sport. While walk-in rentals are available, booking rentals online at least in advance is highly recommended as inventory can sell out. Online booking must be done at least one day prior to arrival.
