
Summer is in full swing at Stratton, and this weekend is packed with plenty of reasons to head to the mountain. Catch live music in the Base Area, take brunch to Mid Mountain, find your flow with summit yoga, sharpen your game on the tennis courts or spend the day riding, golfing and exploring. Here’s what’s happening around Stratton from August 7-9.
Mid Mountain Chairlift Brunch
Take Saturday brunch to a whole new level with a scenic ride aboard American Express followed by an open-air buffet at Mid Mountain Lodge. After checking in at Guest Services, ride the chairlift above the Base Area and make the short walk to the Mid Mountain patio. Brunch is paired with live acoustic music and mountain views, with vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Soft drinks are included, and a cash bar will be serving mimosas, Bloody Marys, Irish coffee and other favorites.
Reservations are recommended in advance, and guests should arrive approximately 15 minutes before their reservation time.

Mountain Top Yoga Presented by icebreaker
Find your balance at the summit during a special weekend of Mountain Top Yoga presented by icebreaker. Check in at Guest Services before taking the Gondola to the summit and making your way to the wooden yoga deck for a 90-minute class surrounded by Green Mountain views. As an added bonus this weekend, every participant will receive a complimentary icebreaker headband.
Sessions are available both Saturday and Sunday, and preregistration is required.

Harvest & Rust: A Neil Young Experience
Saturday night belongs to Neil Young fans as Harvest & Rust takes the stage in the Main Base Area. Known for recreating music from across Neil Young’s career, Harvest & Rust brings everything from acoustic favorites to the louder sounds of Rust Never Sleeps, along with music from Young’s time with Buffalo Springfield and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.
Doors open at 5:30PM with music running from 6PM to 8PM.
Even better, admission is FREE for eligible 26/27 Ikon Pass and Stratton Season Pass holders with advance registration. Be sure you’re registering with a valid pass for the upcoming 26/27 winter season.

Cliff Drysdale Doubles Tennis Bootcamp
Spend the weekend sharpening your doubles game with the Cliff Drysdale Tennis Team during a three-day Doubles Tennis Bootcamp at the Stratton Training & Fitness Center.
Designed for doubles players of all levels, the weekend includes 10.5 hours of professional instruction and match play focused on smart shot selection, attacking strategies and standing your ground on the court. The experience also includes two nights of accommodations at Stratton, a Friday welcome happy hour, sports drinks and snacks, and a Scenic Gondola Ride to the summit.
Friday begins with a Doubles IQ Clinic and welcome happy hour, followed by clinics and match play throughout Saturday and Sunday.

Golf at Stratton
Make time for a round on Stratton’s 27-hole championship golf course, featuring the Mountain, Forest and Lake nines. With a rotating combination of 18- and nine-hole options, there’s plenty of rounds to play. Tee times can be booked online in advance.
Before teeing off or heading back out for your next nine—make a stop at Stratton’s BevBridge. Designed to resemble a classic Vermont covered bridge, golfers can drive their carts right through, grab cold drinks, snacks and other refreshments, and get right back to the course. It’s the first and only concept of its kind in Vermont, making it a fun new stop on your rounds Fridays through Sundays.

Stratton Bike Park
There’s still plenty of summer left to get your laps in at the Stratton Bike Park. The park is open Thursday through Monday with more than 10 miles of lift-served downhill terrain ranging from flowy berms to technical trails. Daily lift tickets, bike rentals, lessons and guided rides are available, so whether you’re working on your first downhill lap or heading straight for your favorite trail, there’s something to ride.

Sun Bowl Bike Park Shuttle
Heading all the way to the Sun Bowl on Bear’s Den or Hibernator? Weekend shuttle service makes it easy to get back to the Main Base Area after your lap. Riders are picked up near the Sun Bowl Base Lodge at four scheduled times each Saturday and Sunday.

Scenic Lift Rides
Trade the trail for a view with a Scenic Gondola Ride to the summit of Southern Vermont’s highest peak. Once at the top, take a short hike to the historic fire tower, explore the summit trails, pack a picnic or simply take in views stretching across the Green Mountains and beyond.
Scenic Lift Rides are available throughout the weekend from 10AM to 5PM. The last Gondola cabin heads up at 4:30PM, and guests exploring the summit must return for the final ride down at 4:45PM.

CLIMB Indoor Climbing Gym
Looking for a different kind of challenge? Head into the Village and scale the walls at CLIMB. The indoor climbing gym offers auto-belay climbing and bouldering for a range of ages and abilities. Climbing sessions last 60 minutes, and reservations are recommended.

Village Shops
Leave a little time between adventures to explore the Stratton Village. Browse summer apparel, outdoor gear, Stratton favorites, gifts and seasonal arrivals throughout the Village shops before grabbing something to eat or heading back out on the mountain.

Head to the Stratton Golf Course for lunch, dinner and views of the 18th green at Green Apron.
Hours: Friday–Sunday, 11AM–8PM
Friday Special: $15 Fish Fry-Day featuring Fish & Chips with a draft beer, plus New England lobster rolls while supplies last.
Saturday Special: $20 New York Strip Steak Frites from 5PM–8PM.
Sunday Special: Slow Smoker Sundays from 4PM–8PM with an all-you-can-eat barbecue buffet for $30 per adult. Kids under 10 eat free with the purchase of an adult plate.

Benedicts
Start the morning with breakfast or settle in for brunch and lunch at Benedicts in the Village. Catch Benedicts open on Friday 9AM–3PM and Saturday & Sunday 8AM–3PM
Friday Special: $5 milkshakes, with favorites including Double Chocolate, Strawberry Basil and Classic Maple.
T-Bar
Stop by T-Bar for Spanish-inspired small plates, cocktails, and wine on Fridays and Saturdays 12PM–8PM
